I visit many cities all over the world and I have developed a taste of chinese cuisine over the years. I just went to the Beijing restaurant in Tangra and I must say, the food was excellent. Not authentic chinese, not indian. World class cuisine.
I noticed that the chinese community is not being given support to flourish and expand their business. I would emphasize that locals start doing this. Kolkata locals, you have something unique here. Give these people a business environment whereby they can excel. It would be a pity to lose this culture.
