It is a 360 degree turn, it is time to realize with Chinese talent and hardworking characters will make both countries stronger. Something I would never visualized that a consulate in Kolkata and airlines flying between two countries just 30 or so years ago. A step in the right direction. With sino-indian strong relation, India need not look over their shoulder on Pakistan. Leon, Shoaxing being famous for their cooking wine, maybe ask the mayor for some tips on making the wine.
